Good service, had really enjoyable experience.

I got well-appointed and brand-new room with a lounge and a new carpet. Plus it had great view of the ocean.

The apartment we stayed in was air-conditioned with a tub on the balcony, good view and a huge bathroom. A lot of amazing food at breakfast time.

Marvellous and fantastic location, right next to Bulcock Beach, loved this place. Room was decent size and well-appointed the food was great, 4 stars. A ceiling fan, a lounge, and a kitchen — very useful.

Our stay at Breakfree was absolutely fantastic. The room we had was comfortable and clean, with all the amenities we needed. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, ensuring we had a pleasant experience. We were also delighted to be upgraded to a larger unit, giving us more space and a bigger balcony to enjoy. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach, boardwalk, and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The pool area was great, and we even stumbled upon markets on the waterfront, which added to our enjoyment. Despite some minor issues like a musty smell and a noisy air conditioner, the overall experience was amazing. We would definitely recommend this hotel for a relaxing stay by the beach.

staff at reservations desk stuffed up our holding deposit and told me they have no record of payment had to empty car to find it.took it in then they found it where it should not have been. Checking in was fine.

The staff were responsive and very friendly, gave us great tips. The room was a nice size with a comfy bed and a shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets in the bathroom.

Our group of friends had an enjoyable stay at a resort with stunning views over the ocean. The location is great, close to everything most places are walking distance, including Bullock Beach on the waterfront. We found many restaurants nearby, and the kitchen facilities in our room were clean with everything we needed.

That the shower in our unit was not safe for elderly people with a high step up and down into a deep bath, not suitable for them.

Facilities for a 2 broom apartment compared with other 4 star rated accommodation were pretty poor. There's usually an ensuite in 1 of the rooms and tv in the bedroom. Hot water for a shower was an iffy experience. No bar or eating facilities (although plenty nearby I know) Most of the staff on reception were friendly but all staff should be. Reception shut down 6pm on the dot.

The property is located in a very convenient spot, with easy access to the boardwalk and just a short stroll away from shops, cafes, and restaurants. The pool facilities were fantastic and my kids loved swimming in the pool and splashing around in the spa. the staff was very friendly and helpful all throughout our stay, making us feel very welcomed.

While our stay was enjoyable, there were a few drawbacks. The bathroom was quite dated and the shower/bath was difficult to get in and out of, which could be especially hazardous for older guests.

Good location with lovely views of the sea. Easy walking distance. Plenty of onsite parking. Luggage trolleys available and lift access to all floors. Good range of shops locally.

There was a fair amount of noise from the road and shops / clubs nearby especially on Friday / Saturday night. Air conditioning was not throughout the whole apartment. Showers were over the baths and not very accessible for elderly visitors.

I had a reunion to attend to at Caloundra and the location was perfect. The pool and garden areas were very well kept and the staff very helpful and friendly. I had a problem with the washing machine which was attended to very quickly.

We really liked our apartment, we had one of the rooftop apartments and it was really good to be able to go into the spa at our our leisure and privacy and also used the bbq facilities alot. The kids loved the pool and there were alot of other kids staying in the resort so I could relax by the pool while they made friends and played together.It made travelling as a single parent with 2 young children a relaxing experience.

The only thing I didn't like was that the games room was all pay to use game console type things.
